I couldn’t get the images out of my mind. I had to paint it. I could have drawn it or digital collaged in Photoshop. But I needed to really use my hands for it. This artwork is a reaction to the experiences, images and daily updates shared with my art coven by our Lebanese member, who was in Beirut at the time of the attacks in 2024.
